How to quickly start burning fat
1. Start working out as soon as you wake up.
Work out for at least 30 minutes to an hour as soon as you wake up.
Studies have shown that exercising in the morning burns up to three times as much fat as exercising at any other time of the day.
This is why:
During the day, the carbs you eat at meals are your body's main energy source.
When you sleep six or more hours at night, your body uses all those carbs as fuel for different body functions that still happen while you sleep.
When you wake up in the morning, your body doesn't have any carbs to use as energy, so it will try to get energy from body fat instead.
To take advantage of this chance to burn fat in the morning, you must work out first thing in the morning.
Don't eat breakfast because if you do, you'll give your body carbs as energy instead of the body fat you want to burn.
The other great thing about working out first thing in the morning is that it gets your metabolism going. Your metabolism stays high all day when you work out in the morning.
A higher metabolism means you'll burn more calories and lose weight throughout the day.
If you work out at night, you may still burn fat while working out, but when you go to sleep, your metabolism will slow down, and you won't burn as much fat as you could have if you had worked out in the morning.
Your metabolism always slows down the most when you sleep.
Other reasons why it's good to work out first thing in the morning are because it gets the workout out of the way and reduces your stress throughout the day.
If you want to burn even fatter, here's a tip.
4-6 hours after your morning workout, add another one to your daily schedule.
If your metabolism is fast, adding a second workout during the day will make it even faster.
If you want to add a second workout to your daily routine, try doing your cardio workouts in the morning.
You burn mostly fat calories when you do cardio at a moderate intensity.
Do weights for your second workout of the day.
When you work out with weights, you mostly burn carbs.
When you lift weights, you build muscle, which also helps you burn fat.
One pound of muscle burns 50 calories daily and 1 pound of fat in 70 days.
You'll not only burn more calories, but you'll also look better, no matter how much you weigh.
2. Have breakfast
Eating breakfast is another way to keep your metabolism going all day.
If you work out in the morning, as we've already talked about, and then eat breakfast, you'll give your body the best way to get your metabolism going.
Your metabolism starts up when you eat breakfast in the morning.
If you don't eat until noon or the afternoon, your metabolism will slow down, and you won't burn any extra fat.
Think of your metabolism like a fireplace. If you use it right, it will burn fat for you all day long.
Eating breakfast is like throwing a log on that fat-burning fire to get it going.
Eating breakfast will make you less likely to want to snack later in the day. Eating breakfast and working out in the morning will keep you energized all day and lower your stress levels.
Advanced Tip:
#Instead of eating only two more meals, like lunch and dinner, try eating 4-5 more small mini-meals every 2-3 hours.
Do you remember the fire?
Eating these small meals will put just the right amount of "wood" on your metabolism's fire to keep it burning calories all day long.
Keep your metabolism down by eating big meals for lunch or dinner. Instead, keep your metabolism going all day so it can burn fat.
Lists for the morning
